Confirmation of receiving of the Profile Questionnaire by participant is required to proceed the next steps to evaluation.

This task will be performed when the Profile Questionnaire has already been sent to the participants and the process executor needs confirmation of receipt. This confirmation can be performed by email.

The Process Executor should send the Profile Questionnaire by email when the evaluation was a Survey or Controlled Experiment.In the Controlled Experiment is important this information because it used the design principles combination: randomization, blocking and balancing.

Another relevant information is the population of the participants shall be representative in relation to the evaluated universe and the number of participants must be balanced among the groups.
