Data packaging is an important activity, because storing the information and documents used in the evaluation will make the replication the evaluation possible in the future. 

Information about the evaluation can be stored in:

•  Data Repository: storage in a database that is easily accessible by evaluators, which can be in the cloud or in a physical environment within a research lab or company.

• Recording Actions - recordings can be through system logs, stored in the appraiser's own machine, in video or audio, and can be available on a USB stick or DVD.

• Printed Document: documents used to assist in training, task descriptions and questionnaires must be archived by the researcher in order to be consulted when needed.

This task will be executed when the protocol is developed.

If only printed questionnaires were used it is necessary to keep the data collected in a spreadsheet for analysis and inference of results.

If data is collected through online instruments it will be necessary to store in a physical location or cloud, for after, these data will be consulted and analyzed.

If the data is collected through video or audio recording it will be necessary to plan a physical space first and then you can send to a location in the cloud or online platform.
