      Main Description

In summary, SLAs are specific goals that we set for the application.
These goals are based on the best possible interaction, in terms of performance, with users.
To carry out this definition of SLAs, it is necessary to analyze the behavior of certain types of application use and map when bottlenecks arise that can impair the application's functioning. From these values, it is possible to define SLAs.
After performing the test, we must compare these values with the values obtained during the test execution, indicating whether the application meets the planned agreements.
