Purpose

The number of participants should be guaranteed as provided for in the evaluation protocol. Therefore, the availability of participants should be confirmed so that the assessment is not impaired.

This task will be executed when the Process Executor needs to check availability of participants.

Steps

1. Send an email to participants to check their availability

Key Considerations

The Process Executor should send an email to verify how many and which participants will be available to participate in the evaluation.
