Task: P8a - Select the Instruments Training
Disciplines: S08 - Evaluation Instructions
Purpose

These instruments will be used for all of Usability Evaluation.

As instruments the process defines:

DSL Guide - contains the language use instructions and the description of the syntax and semantics.

Use Scenario - document described in Use Scenario o format that contains the task to be performed by Profile Evaluator.

Language Presentation - the moment when the researcher presents the DSL and the use scenario to the participants, as well as clarifies the questions and doubts that will arise about the evaluation to be performed.

    Main Description

    This task must be performed when the Process Executor selects and completes the documentation of training.

    Steps
    1. Select the document and add the DSL data to be evaluated in the DSL Guide
    2. Select the document and add data to the Use Scenario model with the tasks to be performed in the presented DSL
    3. Select the document and add data to the example of presentation in powerpoint made available, as well as make the presentation to the participants of the evaluation
    Key Considerations

    The Instruments of Training always will be selected, because all evaluation depends on that documentation to clarify what the participants should do.
